Inpatient/ Outpatient programs

Inpatient and outpatient programs are more intensive care options for those struggling with mental illness. Both offer programs to help individuals learn about their illness or addicition and how to live healthy lives with them. The only difference between an inpatient and outpatient program is that inpatient requires living in a recovery center and outpatient programs require commuting to the center.

To get into an Inpatient or Outpatient program, a person should either call the center they wish to go to, or for a faster admission process, a person should go to local emergency services clinic or ER (emergency care tab lists local services). A patient will be professionally evaluated and given a referral to a program based on the evaluation.
